I am a jewelry designer. I sell my jewelry on five websites. I have an office/workspace that to say the least is very much used. Tracy MacKenzie came to my office after I procrastinated for a very long time. I kept thinking that I could re-organize my office and work space myself if only I had the time. But when I did have the time, I did not get much done and what I  had done did not make much difference.  

When Tracy came to my office she was there the first time for one hour. She got to work very quickly and in minutes she had made huge progress. After just one hour, my office was majorly transformed. She contributed to the space but did not disrupt the things I liked about it. She somehow knew what worked and identified and focused on the areas that did not work. She left me with some suggestions, new ideas and a list of few items I could buy. During her second visit, which was also an hour, she continued to go through shelves, paperwork etc at lightening speed. She looked at the space and knew immediately how to help me.
